ENTRÉE ALTERNATIVE
You may choose to replace your entrée in any of our menus with a canapé selection
consisting of one of each variety from the House package.
The price of two and three course menus will remain the same.

Northern Territory barramundi, saffron potatoes, green beans, tiger prawns, romesco sauce

Warm Tasmanian salmon, potato rissolees, crispy artichoke, scallops & rioja vinaigrette

Porcini dusted veal cutlet, bacon & chevre pie, caramelised cippolini onion, 8 year aged balsamic

Breast of organic chicken, sauteed chanterelles, garlic confit & potato puree, white wine jus

Shiraz braised Wagyu beef cheek, mushroom ragout, wilted spinach, soft polenta

  Grain fed eye fillet, crisp bacon, pan fried greens, buttermilk mash potato & bearnaise sauce

Saddle of lamb stuffed with pancetta & chestnut, lemon thyme risotto, sauce poivarde

Slow cooked suckling pork, truffled potatoes, glazed carrot & roasted pork jus
