& Margarete Glaetzer's family business, John's Blend. The Glaetzers
saw their vision come to fruition when the 1974 John's Blend was
first released in 1977. This classic Australian red wine continues
the award winning success story of John Glaetzer with over 30 years
of wine making for some of Australia's top wine producers. Small
batches of Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz from Langhorne Creek and
McLaren Vale are matured in oak hogsheads to produce John's Blend,
a select, superior premium label with limited production. From 1995
the rich and intense Margarete's Shiraz was added to the John's
Blend portfolio to offer a unique experience to red wine connoisseurs
all over the world.
